This company inconvenienced us and our tenants by not doing a proper evaluation of the problems of our pool; made promises to fix the problem and then retracted; a classic case of "over-promise, under-deliver". We eventually went with a different company and thankfully got a partial refund from Eldoraigne Pool Labs. Due to the delays our pool is now green and will require further treatment to clean the water - the bill should be covered by Eldoraigne Pool Labs but it's exhausting dealing with them (it's been a month-long battle)!
