I built a new home. FA Pereira Shopfitters did extensive woodwork on the project including doors, sash window frames and skirtings. I was satisfied with the work. The problem is I have had a sash window frame crack very badly. I contacted Mr Pereira who undertook to take a look at the problem a few days later. This was about a year ago. Despite a number of calls and promises from Mr Periera and his daughter Elizabeth, they have not arrived to look at the problem and repair it. Their excuse has been that they are too busy. Quite frankly, any service provider who is too busy to follow-up and repair work they have done should not be used at all. They have now stopped taking my calls.
