On the 29/06/2013 went to planet autoglass whereby I needed a replacement window for side left passenger window for Mazda 3 hatchback. I arrived at the centre and met the receptionist who mentioned that her boss had gone out to get the window as I have called earlier on.
I did mention prior to the centre fitting in the window that I tried to fit in another window in another repair centre and they had to take it out as it left the gap on the outside, it wouldn't flash like it was suppose to. They called the boss after fitting the window and to my surprise the boss said no the window is the original window the problem is my car-I tried to reason with him and I showered him prior pictures of the car and the window but he just was not willing to listern and he left me standing there and I asked if if this how they operate and he said, " yes this is how I operate". He wouldn't fix the problem and he left me and said I must get out of his shop or else he will charge me another 350 if they remove the window. That was bad service at its best.
