Legal Registration of a house Does not take 8 months. We live in a new development in Eersteriver and we being forced to pay occupational rent of 8-12 months. When the bank informs us that legal registration take 3 - 8 weeks. I am one of many people being blacklisted by this company cause of question there in appropriate way of working. To top it all off, there work has never been completed. My doors are falling off and my house was half painted. Is there any legal action that can be taken against them
