Five months ago we had window frames and doors installed in our home. The representative for Cape Aluminium who we dealt with was Yasser. He confirmed Cape Aluminium would install our window frames and doors and afterwards would come to seal the window frames and doors. After the installation of the front and back doors we were experiencing some problems and we contacted Cape Aluminium who dropped off someone to attend to the problem. The doors was working fine for a little while but afterward we were again experiencing problems with the doors and the window frames had still not been sealed. We again contacted Cape Aluminium they assured me when they come to seal the window frames and doors they will attend to the doors as well. Two months ago a guy from Cape Aluminum came around (we made arrangements for someone to be at home) he sealed some windows inside and some outside and in the process messed on everything with the silicone. He promised he would be back the next day to finish the job which never happened. Week before last we again contacted Cape Aluminium and spoke to Yasser he again sent someone on the Friday who once again sealed random windows some inside. Nothing since
