I used KWR last year to repair windows and received good service. However, I moved house last year and need some windows replaced. I called KWR expecting the same good service. Warren did not pitch for the first appointment (and did not bother to let me know so I wasted over a hour of my time waiting for him). After promises of doing the job on this day and that, but never committing, I finally got Warren to agree to a date but only after I phoned him numerous times. On the allotted day the workman arrived 2 hours late, the glass was the wrong size and they cracked it trying to get it to fit. They then drilled too far down into the window and put a massive crack in it! They promised to fix this, at their cost, in Jan this year (they were very keen to go on the Dec break). I have made 2 follow up calls and sent multiple emails in an attempt to get this resolved, but to no avail. Once again Warren committed to an appointment but failed to keep it - without calling to cancel of course. I have now mailed him and somebody called Ricardo to try to get resolution. No response 3 days later. Shocking, shocking service- Mr Kennelly, your company is a disgrace.
