I contacted Universal Roofing to come and look at my roof to sort out a damp problem. Mr Venter came out and promised to provide a quote by the next day. It was around the 23rd of December just after the massive rains. No quote came through and I called back several times and was told that the quote would be completed by the end of business each time.
The company is useless at completing the requirement.
Don't bother with them if your time is valuable.
