Bad service. Bricks were supposed to be delivered on a specific date. Agreed that truck drivers will call first. Doesn't deliver on time. When questioned, Elsabe will yell at you at the top of her voice, making customers out to be liars. She has no idea of what customer service is or how to treat other human beings. After my incident she called my husband with the same bad attitude and yelled at him. She has absolute no manners or communication skills. Brick n tile doesn't know how bad this is for business. An e-mail was sent to headoffice, with no reply.
