Getting ready to do job, discovered both do not run true. If I used them without realising the shoddy quality the damage could have been thousands of Rands. Revisiting the store Monday 28 October there were plenty of the same and many similar models in stock but not one to be found that would run true. Looks like BW & Massmart did not bother to check quality when ordering or receiving. BW Massmart, WallMart and Tork Craft and the Chinese manufacturers are disrespecting us, the customers. Should these goods been SABS tested? I wasted my time and money and cannot complete the job. You offer me a refund? When your poor quality could have cost me thousands? Supply replacement goods that are properly made. You created a monster monopoly that deprives the market of competition and decent quality goods. Will be taken up with local and foreign consumer protection authorities.
