It's so funny how when we opened an account with builders warehouse we were given a reference number (account number) which we use every time we make payments. At some point our account was handed over as they could not allocate all our funds due to them not being able to trace payments. We went to their branch at The Glen and they were going to fix this, but they didn't. We have supplied proof's of payments and some of them are unclear as the ink has worn off.
The least they can do is use the reference number they gave us as we use this all the time when making payments... this needs to be sorted out and we would apreciate it if all our funds can be allocated accordingly.
