Client Louis Oosthuizen had his repairs done to his satisfaction and positive "sign-off".
He failed to mention though that he chose his own material, due to "price" and that HIS plumber did work
to his granite, resulting in a crack in his kitchen tops. He undertook to post a positive response after we did his repairs but alas!
