April 2013 chose cupboards &; granite, granite NOT the same as the one I chose from their showroom-had big black &; white spots-IS IT CHEAPER THAN THE ONE IVE CHOSEN.Andre insisted that they are the same.two weeks after, the vegetable rack is rusted.called, e-mailed Andre, would only call after a week.had 3rd party calling that they will order new racks from overseas (august 2013) up until now. Andre NEVER mentioned 3rd party to me.called Andre ; that he is not ALWAYS at the premises. STOP PASSING THE BUCK.FIX OR RE-REIMBURSE ME! His advise was for me to put expensive tiles then people will not notice the UGLY MARKS on the granite. Suggested that he removes the granite he told a thousand stories. He even suggested that the granite should be POLISHED, -TO NO AVAIL
