X-cellent Granite
Hooray, my granite was eventually installed

My granite kitchen tops were eventually installed on the 30-Oct 2013 after I posted my complaint on Hello Peter. Fortunately, X-cellent Granite is doing an honest business and my delivery was just late due to a large order taking priority over mine. Im pleased to say that other customers should not panic too much as Thulani will eventually come and install even if it is much later then he promises. Maybe managing customer expectation could be better handled by him and create less anxiety on the customers side.
