Not happy about the service and workmanship of MSA with empty promises
MSA installed my new granite tops and left the place very dirty. When they left I discovered a crack in the granite top and they tried to glue it back together without informing me. After phoning them they said they would replace that part of the granite completely. They said they would try and fix it and if it didn't work they would gladly replace the cracked top. I asked them to replace it like originally promised as it look dreadful. They phoned me and told me there is no more stock of the granite I chose and will phone me as soon as they get stock again. This was on 28-10-2012 and they still haven't replaced my cracked granite top. So I still have a very expensive unfinished kitchen and upset wife!
I will not advise anybody to use them as it's all talk and no results.
