Contacted Rudi Opperman on referral from a Civil Engineer for repairs to a holiday flat that has damp damage.
Rudi advised he's extremely busy, but would make a plan to get around to quoting on the repairs by the following week.. Emailed him my details, phoned him a week later, nothing had been done. Told me he'd go around in the following week, phoned him at the end of that week, still nothing had been done. He was then going to go or send his foreman the following week, still not done. When I phoned to follow up, he asked if I'd emailed him... this after I'd emailed him the Civil engineers report in the beginning and after emailing him again at a later stage. I also phoned him at least 3 - 4 times. When I asked him when he was going to do the quote, he told me he was going to go do it immediately. That was 2 weeks ago. I think if he didn't want to take on the request, he should've told me upfront instead of stringing me along for 3 weeks and then still having a bad attitude about it.
