We bought laminate flooring and Jacob was extremely helpful and new what he was doing.
We we're short about 3 pieces of flooring. (My layout was wrong) and sent my wife to buy a new box. It was sold out and Jacob, not sure where he found it, got us exactly 3 pieces.
