On the 31-08-2013 we attended the Spin Fest in Muvhango. We decided to stop at te KFC at Vaal Mall on our way home.
We bought a bucket (21 pieces). Upon tasting the chicken we immediately tasted it was burnt. We then approached the cashier, who in turn called Jacob. Jacob said that because of the temperature outside, they were forced to turn up the 'ovens ' thus causing the chicken to be over cooked and burnt.
Whilst we chose not to argue, we all reside in JHB, we left the establishment, having only eaten 8 pieces of chicken, as that is the amount of people who were together.
I have had my fair share of bad experiences with KFC but also alot of pleasant experiences BUT I was never told that the temperature outside determines the level of quality of chicken.
