Esme Ferriera is a lady that does interior decorations for a company called March Interiors. I had asked her to make a custom-made headboard for me. From the get go- I knew she was a disaster. She had sent a quotation that she changed after completing the job, making the job about 50% more than initially agreed. When they delivered the headboard, they tore my occasional chair and denied doing so, and attempted to shift the blame to my helper. After many exchanges between myself and Esme, she then insisted that my helper took a detector test- which I blatantly refused as that is not how I treat the people that work with me. She eventually came to fetch my chair for repairs and has kept it for over 8 weeks. When I phone her about the chair she says she is not in a hurry to repair my chair as she has no time to look for the fabric and that she insists her men were not at fault. I have asked her to deliver my chair and she claims she will charge me for delivery. What a nerve. If anyone has aspirations of doing business with this lady and her company, think twice! Her bad attitude does not help either and I would not recommend her to anyone. I regret ever doing business with her!
