What a rude individual

I called the above mentioned and explained that I had dropped a toothpaste cap down my shower drain and it was now blocked and how much would he charge to come and un block the drain. The silly little man started laughing and said that a toothpaste cap would not cause the blockage as the pipes are much thicker than that. I told him that it was the cause because the drain was working fine until the cap fell down as well as the fact that the pipe elbows directly at the shower drain and it may have become lodged there. The little twit continued laughing and said okay, you're looking at R450.00. I said thanks but no thanks. If you are looking for business, piece of advice, don't ever laugh, especially at a woman who knows what she is talking about. You are rude, disrespectful and have certainly lost my business. Rude little man!
