Our local plumber in kemptonpark fixed our roots blocked drain for R516, he advised us to call Rotor Rooter if we get the same problem at a later stage since they use special machines to solve the root cause of the problem. 3 weeks later the drain was blocked again, there's only the bathroom and kitchen (with washing machine pipe) drains. The guys from Rotor Rooter didnt even take 15minutes unblocking the drain to their suprise propably expecting a bad blocked drain, They couldnt find the main hole which they were looking for. I paid R1630 for that job, After 5 weeks the washing machine pipe was blocked which means that water doesnt flow into the kitchen drain like when it did after they fixed it, I spoke to Malcolm at Rotor Rooter Mooderfontein and he sent his guys to fix it for free if it is still blocked roots, the guys asked my husband to pay R450 and didnt do the job, i was at work. when i called Malcolm he said it was a separate drain therefore we must pay??? What then makes ROTER ROOTER special from local plumbers??? They are just too expensive but cannot deliver and this malcolm had a bad attitude when i spoke to him, Shame on you for charging so much for POOR WORK.
