I've had a really bad experience with this bunch. Firstly I applied for a course and received the first study material rather fast but just to find that the text books are incomplete. So I contacted them regarding this and they agreed to send me the complete text books. Then one month later and still no new books. In this time I decided to transfer to another course and the said I will not pay for both courses the outstanding amount will just need to be paid anyway so then the waiting started again and finally I received study material but this material was for the previous course so once again I informed them and to continue waiting for the correct materials. In this time personal things started happening and I realized that at that stage I cant afford the unnecessary stress and the course as cant pay for something I don[t received so I contacted them and said I would like to cancel my account (at that stage I owed them about R600 or so) then they convinced me to "take a break" explaining that for the 3 months i will not receive study material and will not have to pay. Anyway so then they "lost" my take a break application and at this stage my account was up to R2000 and something
