Send study material when I enrolled for the course, knowing my course is years. So by the time I got to the subject the material is outdated and I have to pay for the new material myself even though my course is fully paid and was paid in advance. I would not even have known my material is outdated if it was not for the people of the ICB. When you enroll for a years course and receive all study material in advance one expects it to be the latest material. Why don't they rather send you material as you complete your course.
It seems they only support you when it comes to enrolling, after that nothing!
