I have a contract with Richis Solutions - managed by Raymond Ntloyakhumo, for the company to install aluminium windows and doors at my newly built house. i paid them the requested deposit in February 2013. it is now July 2013, and he has still not completed the installation of windows and doors at my house. The opening sections of the windows and doors which he has installed so far are sagging. We have been trying to phone him, and he is not answering our calls. This is really unprofessional as we have paid for the service which he is not offering.
Please South Africans, be aware of Richis Solutions they just corn people.
