I phoned Plumbers Centurion yesterday because my geyser is leaking. The agent advised me that he will phone during the course of today to have a look at my geyser. He also went on and on about how urgent it is to get the geyser fixed before it bursts. At 3:30 nobody phoned me and I decided to follow up. When I phoned this guy advised me with such a snotty attitude that I have to now pay R295 call out fee because it is only free up to 3:00. When I asked why nobody phoned earlier he simply said that he does not know. Now I have to pay another plumber to come out tonight before there is serious damage to our ceiling and geyser. What a useless company!
