Why do we have to put up with this kind of service in todays economy and how do managers get away with it. I went into the store to purchase tile adhesive I have already bought 30 bags over the last month but need a few more, I walked in and there sitting at a desk to white managers, 3 tellers and the other counter 4 other people on the floor zero. The cashier was polite and asked what I wanted, I said help as I wanted the tile adhesive, she asked what colour packet which I told her, she said someone will come and help. I proceeded to the area and waited. 10 minutes later still no one, I proceeded to the exit and passed the teller who politely asked me if they did not have stock and replied that no there was plenty but I was tired of waiting for assistance. The other 2 people in the shop shouted and cheered that someone actually told them what terrible service they provide. The managers were no where to be seen. You have all these people behind counters doing nothing and no one on the floor. No big trucks outside being loaded or a big order being dealt with. I will now find another supplier because actually every time I go into this store no one ever helps you unless you create.
