We are building and doing renovations to our house at the moment and we (in particular my husband) has spent considerable time and money at Builders Warehouse, Montana the last couple of weeks.
99% of the time when we required help we had to wait for very lenghty periods of time for someone to help us or at least pay attention to us. The longest we waited was half an hour!
When we ordered building materials we were promised that it would be in the second delivery batch the next morning. We ordered a alot of building material and what happened, we only received four bags of building sand the next day. We only received the rest of the material a day later at about 17:30 that night after having huge fights with the delivery department.
Service at this branch is of poor quality and we always have to wait for someone to help us.
