After seeing the amazing Firepods on display at the Home Improvement Expo I decided to purchase the Aztec 4 burner unit which had to be custom made. Having a huge area to heat and no other means of possible heating options the wait was finally over. The unit was professionally installed and the heat was amazing. What a looker and easy to use with no mess and danger. Being a migraine sufferer I experienced some discomfort from the fumes from Ethanol and contacted Firepod. After various positive suggestions from Firepod in terms of the usage of Ethanol to ease my discomfort with the Ethanol fumes with effect, Firepod offered to refund my money without any quarrel. Firepod even went as far as not deducting any monies such as handling charges, transport or any other expenses incurred. Now this is a first in my career and being a business owner myself in the manufacturing industry, I do understand customer service and quality. I'm a believer in gratitude and feel this is the right forum to express my amazement in the way Max handled the situation. This is how service can be handled, well done and amazing products.
