After my rant and demands I am delighted to report that this matter has been amicably resolved!!! Jarrod Len from Crystal Clear went out of his way to make amends. He bent over backwards to come to my home with the cash that I wanted as a refund. It took great courage to walk into the lions den. I am respectful of the fact that Jarrod Len is a man of his word. I am satisfied that this matter is resolved, I will be making use of their services again on Monday and maybe Tuesday, Wednesday...
