I signed a quotation and paid a deposit by 19 September 2012 which was to be complete 8-12 weeks thereafter. To date the installation done on 28 January 2013 by Teva windows is not complete and the late delivery for installation incurred costs in the building process.
I have no problem with the Rehau product from which Teva manufactures its custom made windows and doors, it is the service offered by Teva that is less than acceptable especially given the cost of the product.
I have contacted the most senior person in the company Pieter Malherbe without effective response, I contacted the supplier Rehau. A representative of the latter came and inspected the installation on 6 June 2013, only days after my complaint and issued a report highlighting areas for attention. Some of the issues received attention - but the work remains incomplete.
