I am currently building a home and I hired Richis Solutions to install aluminium windows and doors to the value of R183 400.00.
We signed a contract with him that he would do the manufacturing and installation in 14 days and we paid the required deposit of R170 000.00 in February 2013 as per the contractual agreement which was signed on the 20th February 2013.
It is now July and he's still not finished with installations, and the quality/workmanship on the installed doors/Windows is very poor. All opening sections do not seal properly. He is now avoiding our telephone calls and we have contacted our Lawyer to deal with him.
People must be warned not to use this company as they seem to corn people.
