On 27/08/2013 at 11:35 I called the branch in Boksburg as I needed a shower door for the shower unit that I purchased some time ago. I asked to speak to David as he always quick to help, only to learn that he has resigned (well do to him). The call was dropped and I had to call again. I called and asked to speak to the store manager, and was put through to Desmond. I gave him the details of what I needed and asked that he should see if he can get me one from the supplier. He told me that they will be doing stock take but he will forward my request to one of his staff. 2 days later I went to Edenvale and made the same request with one of the staff (Lucas I think) and he also took my details and promised to call me, he even wrote it in a book. Needless to say that I'm still waiting for these calls. Today I decided to try CTM. I explained what I needed, the gentleman logged onto the system, found the item, ordered it and I paid for it. It will be delivered next week Wednesday - how is it they can do it by BW can't, or is it a case of Builders Warehouse don't care? I will log a compliment with CTM and suggest that customers go to them for plumbing - THEY ARE MUCH BETTER
