A huge thumbs up to David Mbilana, manager at Silver Mountain Spur, Blue route Mall, Tokai. I am very particular about customer service and was totally "wowed" by David's great attitude, especially on a day when I so desperately needed to be treated kindly. I treated myself to a spur breakfast, as it was my little boy's first day with his new daymother and David's friendly nature really made my morning. Thank you for going above and beyond, to accomodate me, you really placed the "wow" back into a great customer experience. Silver Mountain Spur, you have a true gem and I'll be sure to frequent your branch, David is a great asset to your establishment! Very impressed patron!
