I had the misfortune of purchasing an entire bathroom suite from Eurotrend Fourways a few years ago and have subsequently had endless problems with the goods they supplied. We purchased a spa bath for around R16k which has functioned as a spa bath about 8 times in 4 years! The shell is cracked, the jets don't work, all the trims have come off and it leaks, even when used just as bath. They tried to fix it but even their own plumber could do little to repair the spa bath and admitted that it is just a poor quality product. We now need to repair the toilet - its taken 3 months; endless calls and we still have no resolution! Anthony Pillay called 2 months ago to say that the spares would be available in a week for our toilet- nothing was available when we went to collect and today, 2 months later - he still cannot offer a delivery date or give me an alternative solution. Save your money and buy from a more service orientated supplier, who guarantees the quality for the products they sell.
