I'm having an ongoing problem with Fatima of Alplas.
My Venetian Blinds went for repairs in 2012, by 09 Jan 2013 the problem with hooking and running scew arose again. Informing Fatima was useless as she did not respond at all.
I gave Fatima a 2nd chance again by emailing her on 27 July 2013 because her non-response addressing my faulty blinds has gotten unprofessional. Fatima is playing it very "cool" with no response.
