Denzil Stoltenkamp was requested to quote on a big advertising banner including fitment. He originally gave a ball park figure of R5000 - R7000 for ad as required. When the final quote arrived, it was more that double the amount origanally estimated. The quote was accepted, but wasn't really the product that was required and a deposit of R9000 was paid to Denzil. He then started with the frame etc as mentioned and then started requesting assistance from me regarding transport, scaffolding etc, and at the end of the time he backed out totally. The frame was manufactured, but still not delivered. None of the printing was finalised even after he paid a deposit to the printer. He gave the printers detail to us as he said that we must now deal with them directly. Denzil only made the frame and paid a deposit to the printer. Denzil owes us for the collection of the frame plus the money he ran away with. He is not responding to demands to pay and pretending not to hear, if he gets a call from our offices. We expect him to refund us the full amount owing and we'll then complete the project ourselves. Do not deal with him as he quotes, takes money and never deliver, or totally backs out.
