It was agreed between both parties that the construction of my carport will be complete within two weeks after the deposit was paid. Gerhard has made every excuse possible and Its now four weeks and construction has completely ceased even after paying him almost 90% of the agreed total amount. My calls, sms's and emails are being ignored.
