Bheki is the owner of innovative renovators. He started building last year december with the intention that all will be done end jan 2013 . Its july and still not done. He sits on site and is meant to supervise his guys but doesn't Even watch them. We are almost done now he leaves me in the lurch. He put a window frame in but when a window was put it in one of the sections fell off. He put a brand new door in that is lower then the loung area. He plasters half job. He leaves glass bricks layng around instead of using it .his guys break a wall down. They break the telkom line and alarm line but keep electricity intact .he opens the door, throws all the rubble exactly outside the door all because I didn't't pay his friend 4200 to take the rubble away and now he refuses to come to work with the excuse the rubble is blocking him. He insisted I pay him as he had to pay his guys and now that he got his money he doesn't want to complete a job that will probably take him 1 day, no he rather finds another paying customer. He was paid to put stairs in 1 month ago but it still not in. Now I have to wait for him, nt sure till when. He doesn't take my calls, reply msgs.
