Lee from LTC Electrical did an electrical certificate of compliance examination on a property for me today. He found some issues which need addressing. He will be putting me in touch with an electrician to do the needed repairs and then issue the certificate.
He was very informative, providing a great service and did not even charge me a fee.
I would definitely be prepared to use LTC Electrical again.
