We ordered couches the 22 May 2013 from this company and payed a deposit. For labour and material. We were promised that they will deliver our couches the 19 June 2013. Upon follow up on Armand they were unable to provide feed back and pretended to be "VERY BUSY". Every time that we phone we struggle to get hold of him. This was the excuses he came up with. This approach is totally unacceptable and therefore, I Demand to be refunded due to his POOR Cleint Service. I watsup him the 2 July 2013 (because he does not answer his phone) and told him that if the couches was not delivered by the 5 July 2013, I want the deposit back. And now his got lot of excuses to give my deposit back.
Hopefully this Hellopeter report will help me get my deposit back...
