Purchased an aircon from capital air in 2012. Since then it has been repaired over 6 times in situ. In Nov 2013 it was removed from its location and taken to their premises to test and repair. 2 weeks later, after numerous calls and personal visits, it was re-installed, supposedly fixed. A few days later it packed up again. After many calls and then personally going to them, it was removed again. And then the frustration of getting it re-installed after 3 weeks surfaced again. I dealt with Rishi initially but gave up talking to him because of the he told continuously. Once again, i had to personally go to their premises and ask to speak to someone senior. I was told to speak to Hoosain (the manager). He promised to have it installed on the same day (Monday). That did not happen. Once again after numerous calls it was promised to be installed on Tuesday. This is the amusing part. A technician pitches up at 7 in the evening to install the air and then realizes that the air is not in his bakkie. Had to make another trip to their premises the next morning. Addressed the issue with the owner, had to follow the technician home and eventually got it re- installed.
