Called Gavin's On Call plumbers to fix a blocked drain for my 84-year-old father. He cleared the drain, but broke the toilet cistern which now doesn't work properly. Also promised to replace cistern mechanism in second bathroom, but he messed that up, and it also doesn't work at all now. He won't answer any phonecalls, and responds to sms's saying he has a family to feed and petrol to put in his car, and my lousy R850 is not covering his bills. He has promised to come and fix this mess since last week Tuesday, but has broken 6 appointments so far. My father has had to spend the week at home waiting for Gavin to show up, but he never does.
Shocking service, terrible attitude, especially towards an 84 year old pensioner. Shame on you.
