I called Standard bank because I had a burst pipe on the 21/01/2013. I got a sms from Standard bank within a few seconds and told me the plumbers will call me. The plumbers called and said they can only come out the next Thursday because they were busy. When the plumbers did come out they told me that I must speak to the builders to see if they have tiles before they can break anything. I waited until the 4/02/2013 and called the call center again and waited more the 20 minutes for anyone to answer my call, I had to go thru the whole process again. Then I spoke to Candice Jonkers who assisted me with the plumbers and builders. I got calls from the people who had to fix the cupboard. The plumbers told me that they will be at my house the same day. I stayed off work so that I can show them where the problems are. The cupboard people came at 9 am but the Plumbers (plumbers on call) only came to my house at 3h30 by then I left to pick up my kids at school. When I got home at 4h30 they told me I must fist give them the excess before they do any work, and o felt if I waited so can they, They refused to work and messed up the other that was not leaking.
