Worst service and damaged property by suppliers

Our policy at Dial Direct includes free call-outs and the 1 hour's labour of amongst others plumbers. We have a blocked drain and logged a call on 23 December.By 25 December the drain was as bad and we waited for Christmas to pass. I again logged a call explaining that the issue was not resolved and they sent 24 Fix out on 30 December. They had their drain rods stuck in my drain and left it for the following morning. They came back on 31 December and recovered their drain rods, probably breaking off the plunger that was stuck. They broke away part of my paving and filled it up with cement while wasting a lot of cement on my paving. They cemented the drain inspection hole lid so that it cannot be opened and left a mess. I told the supplier that it was an issue and he promised to come back within 3 days to fix it up. The drain is still blocked probably as a result of the plunger that is stuck. Dial direct is still investigating the matter while the sewerage is overflowing in my yard.
