TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

At the begining of January I called to have the Drain Surgeon come to a attend to a blocked outside drain. They told me they could unblock the normal drain but I would have to book the jet for another day and arrange access. I paid the R850 before the plumber left. The next day I was having the same problem with the drain. I called to book the jetting and asked if they could send someone to fix the other drain again as it was still blocked. They said it would be done at the same time. The guys arrived 2 hours late and then got annoyed with me when I needed to leave and they weren't finished. They couldn't do the jetting and didn't fix the drain. I called again, and no one got back to me. Since the 6th of January I have been trying to get this sorted. Last week I phoned to ask for a refund so I could get someone else to come and fix the drain. I left messages and was never phoned back. On Monday the 3rd of Feb I got through to the manager who told me she could not help me as my warranty had expired. I explained to her numerous times that I had been phoning for a month. She refused to refund me. I was promised a call back, and again have not been contacted. Terrible
