I would like to warn prospective customers of the unprofessional service which Swemco Pools in Brackenfell, Cape Town, has given me and the total disregard they have towards their customers.
Their imcompetance has resulted in myself being handed over to debt collectors (Accountability)
I received threatening letters from them demanding money to be paid which was paid months ago. If anyone at Swemco knew what they were doing this would not have happened.
I firstly paid over a 50% deposit using a certain reference number and when the balance was due, exactly the same amount, I paid the outstanding amount with the same reference. I dont remember how long after that when they phoned me asking for the money, I told them all the details regarding the payment (date, amount & reference number I used) and said they must check their bankstatements because I couldnt send them proof of payment. Here I thought everything was sorted out untill the letter from the debt collectors came.
It really wasnt a pleasure doing business with them and I would ask anyone to think twice before they even consider using Swemco!
