You cant rate service at Builders Warehouse Centurion as bad, for it to be bad, it need to exist. It seems everyone there is on a permanent break. Its all laid back fun times there.
This is the second time I call this shop with a bad experience, I posted on Hello Peter before. I called twice now, both times Lindie puts me through, phone rings and no one answers, when i call back, she tells me she cant tell me if someone will answer (says a lot hey), asked her to transfer me to her manager, she transfers me, and I again end up in emptiness as the call cuts.
Seems they make enough money there, they don't need to have customer service.
