Cmc improvements did our bathroom renovations in november last year. We then noticed water coming up through the new woodplank floor that had been laid. We phoned craig, he came to site and said he would come back... we are still waiting. After leaving numerous voice mails and emails, I found out throught the durban contractors website that he had changed his cell number, when I got hold of him on his new number he promised that we would be here on the monday morning. Its been almost 5 months. Beware of this guy. He says he offers a 42 month guarantee on his work as per his contract that we signed.
