Our pool shell was ordered through a contractor Rob Henning on 9 Jan 2013. After getting several delay stories from Rob we decided to contact Penguin Pools directly. Since then there have been several stories about the shell being ready and delivery dates. No body bothers to call back after messages are left and avoidance seems to be the only line of defence. The excuses range from the pool will be ready on Monday to there was a problem and it needs to be redone. To it is on the truck ready to go, back to O gosh we needed to confirm plumbing on the pool first. How does a pool gp from being on a truck to 3 days later needing plumbing clarification? and nobdy at the organisation seems to care that each person along the food chain about where the actual pool is and actual progress. Promises of returned phone calls from all staff do not happen. This is no way to run a business. Now the contrator has gone from having paid 50% deposit to haivng paid nothing, is this another lie? today is 29 Jan, 3 weeks later and guess what the plumbing was apparently done today, is this another lie? Or is the fact that the other truck broke down a lie? or, or, or???
