Mr Shell Pools (also know as Finess Fibre) were instructed to commence with the installation of both a splash pool (2m x 3m) and surrounding deck after we had met with Mark (salesman at the time) and had paid the agreed deposit of 60%. Deposit was paid in August 2012.
Slow progress and poorly equipped staff was the best we ever got. Up until mid Jan 2013 all we had was a sunken shell in the ground - no plumbing to complete the pool and no deck or any other materials. Throughout the 5 months we got nothing but and excuses from Johan Croucamp. During these 5 months we had to pay another 20% because "we don't have money for petrol" or "my bakkie is broken again", just to name a few.
At the time of writing this, April 2013, the pool and deck still have not been completed.
Do not waste your money and time with Mr Shell Pool. They also operate under the name Finess Fibre.
DO NOT USE THEM.
