We signed the contract in December. They started digging mid January. Then they disappeared for close on 3 weeks. Every time we asked where the shell of the pool was they had another excuse about delivery. When contacing the owner Naomi she did not respond (even though I had proof that she was opening the emails). Finally after nearly 5 weeks the pool was done. Then they wanted immediate payment. I said I did not want to pay until I had an apology from the owner. I was then told by Ernest that if I didn't pay within 24 hours they would cancel the guarantee on the pool. He also stated that they can take as long as they want to install the pool. I have all the emails as proof and will no doubt have to use them for legal issues going forward. We read the comments on here and thought "they can't be that bad". They are. Possibly worse. Do not use them. Cowboys.
